"Tavarski Wallace spoke to all of the THS students for our "Be Kind To Your Mind.” Mr. Wallace gave a powerful and engaging presentation to our students that encouraged them to be the best version of themselves and be their own advocate. He shared his life experiences which made a big impact on our students. Mr. Wallace focused on the inner struggle that many of us deal with and how to overcome that and determine your own path. It was uplifting and motivating for our students and staff and it was a fantastic addition to our mental health event."

"Walking into class, I didn't know what to expect. However, I was quickly surprised with how personable Tavarski was. He started off extremely vulnerbale, sharing his story with people he's never met before. When started explaining his background and where he came from, it made me feel like I was on his level. Most speakers when they come into class are dressed in suits and/or business professional attire and have a fancy powerpoint they read off of. Typically, presenters don't meet us at our level in the way Tavarski did."
